We currently offer domestic shipping within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
  • After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS.
  • You may also receive tracking updates via email or WhatsApp.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

Shipping Providers

We work with reliable Indian shipping service providers.

  • Tracking numbers are shared via SMS, and may also be sent through email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your package throughout its journey.

Delivery Times

We aim for prompt delivery, but external factors like third-party delays or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery timelines.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to addresses within India.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will arrange for re-delivery at a charge of ₹150.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Use the tracking number sent via SMS to track your shipment.
  • You may also receive tracking updates via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once handed to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider.
  • If you experience delays or issues, contact us with your order ID, and we will help coordinate with the courier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly.
Refunds are provided as store credit, in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations will be allowed once the order is processed.
  • Cancellations are only possible if the order is not processed and not packed.
