At Trésor, we want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please note that we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we offer store credit-only for eligible returns. Please read the following details carefully:
Refunds in the Form of Store Credit Policy
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to assisting you in the event of shipping-related damage or defects. In such cases, we will provide a store credit valid for 15 days under certain conditions.
Conditions for Store Credit :-
Store Credit Eligibility:
We offer store credit only in the following circumstances:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product damaged upon arrival
- Package damaged during shipping
To be eligible for store credit:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- You must provide an uncut, unboxing video from start to finish, ensuring that all labels are visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and helps us assess the issue accurately.
Return Window:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any damage, defect, or incorrect item. After this period, we will not be able to process a store credit request.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at tresor.design01@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- An uncut unboxing video showing the damage or defect
- Clear pictures of the product with its packaging
Video & Photo Proof
The uncut unboxing video and clear pictures of the product with packaging are mandatory to process your store credit request. Without these, we will not be able to proceed.
Return Shipping
Once we receive your email and verify that it meets our return guidelines, we will arrange the return shipping on your behalf. Please ensure your email contains all the required details for a smooth process.
Store Credit (Valid for 15 Days)
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your store credit, which will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue. The credit can be used for any future purchase at TRÉSOR.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jewellery arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect:
- Please contact us immediately with the uncut unboxing video and photos of the damage.
- Upon verification, we will issue store credit for the damaged item, which can be used for future purchases within 15 days.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items:
In addition to the reasons mentioned above, the following items are also non-returnable or non-exchangeable:
- Change of Mind: Store credits will not be issued if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
- Colour Change: We do not accept returns for a different colour preference.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Any items that have been customized or personalized, including engraved or monogrammed jewellery, are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Worn or Used Items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way from their original condition.
- Items Not in Original Condition: Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories will not be eligible for store credit.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
If a prepaid order is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided, we will resend the order to you with an additional shipping fee of ₹150.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellations will be allowed once the order is processed.
- Cancellations can only occur if the order is not processed and not packed.
Additional Terms:
- Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, we will carefully review the information provided. Based on our evaluation, we will decide on the best course of action.
- Trésor reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the specified requirements.
- Exclusions: Please note that concerns resulting from improper jewellery care or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for store credit.
